Sarah is amazing! I have always done my own travel arrangements in the past, I never realized that using someone like Sarah would make things so much easier. This is the second time I have used her services. It is so nice to have information sent to me periodically on all the ports for a cruise or information on things such as dining options at Disneyland. I have referred Marsha Williams 3 times on this trip alone. While I did research on my own, she gave me tips from her experience and filled in a lot of what I needed to know -- with prompt replies to questions. I would not use anyone else and will even use myself less (!) for cruises and Disney adventures -- for sure!

I was feeling a bit overwhelmed when a friend recommended I contact Anna for help.
I had been planning a trip to Disney World for about a month and was feeling a bit overwhelmed when a friend recommended I contact Anna for help. Having never worked with a travel agent a was I was a little apprehensive but decided to give it a try. I am so glad and thankful that I went ahead and did because Anna made planning all the details for our vacation so much simpler. From helping us select fast passes to setting up a rental so we could go off Disney property she made everything so easy to understand and took most of the stress away from planning for this trip. Her help and knowledge helped make this a trip that neither my girls or myself will ever forget. I will definitely be contacting her again for our next big vacation!! I would highly recommend to Mackensey to any of my friends who were planning a trip.
Mackensey was wonderful! She made planning our trip to Disney not feel so overwhelming. She was actually nicer than the Disney representative that I had originally talked to. She even took care of problems we were having as we were on the road driving. And I'm sure some of that was over her realm of responsibility, but she took care of it any ways. The girls loved the little things that she mailed to us. It was wonderful having a point of contact as we got closer to our trip.
