We ARE accepting applications from experienced travel planners.
We are currently looking for people who will be successful concierge travel planners, with the ability to merge into our team’s corporate culture environment of support and cooperation. This requires a high level of commitment, time and effort to become a successful professional travel planner. This is NOT a “hobby agency”. Our Independent Contractor contract is for three years with auto renewal.

QUALIFICATIONS: There are very particular qualities that we are looking for in our Agents
Personal Travel Experience: Disney, Universal, Cruise and other destinations around the world
College Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
Proven attention to detail
Bubbly, happy & friendly personality
High moral character
Strong work ethic
Long Term Commitment & Loyalty
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – timely!
Excellent computer skills
Experience in Customer Service

Please ask lots of questions and be honest during this process. Finding the right fit between Agency and Agent is vital to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship. Delve deep into the level of customer care services we provide, processes in place, back office, requirements, expectations and recommendations. Please do not apply if you do not have LOTS of Disney and other travel experience.
Once we review your application you may be given access to our mini site, The Wylie Training Academy as part of the application process. This will test your skills, determination and commitment to becoming a travel professional with Wishes Family Travel.
Personal sales goals will be set on individual basis. It is expected that all agents will sell a minimum of $50,000 a year. This follows the professional guidelines set forth by IATA.
Commission rates start at 50%. Agents must continue to meet minimum sales goals to be eligible for commission percentage increases on total sales. The agency owner reserves the right to increase or decrease (not lower than 50%) sales commission percentages based upon the level of service provided to the agent by the home office and consistency of meeting sales goals, and the marketing activity the agent has performed. Commissions are paid via direct deposit after the guest has traveled.
