Anna Trosper, Concierge Agent
Anna Trosper joined the Wishes Family Travel family in early 2015. Her love of travel and Disney is what brought her to us. She has worked in the Dental field for the last 30 years and is now ready to spread the love of travel to others.
You might say her love of Disney is an obsession, but to her it’s a life style! The passion she has for Disney started at a young age when her mother would take her to Disneyland quite frequently throughout her childhood. It’s no surprise her first job was at Disneyland! Growing up in Southern California, Disney was a way of life and she made sure to share that passion with her family and son.
In more recent years, Anna and her family visit Walt Disney World every year; and sometimes twice a year! Anna has a large extended family that consists of 2 nieces, 1 nephew, 5 great nieces, 1 great nephew and 2 great-great nephews. Needless to say she has taken them all to Disney and as no surprise, they all have come to love the Mouse! As a result of these experiences, Anna knows how to travel to Disney with all ages of children and how to bring out the child in everyone.
Anna is a College of Disney Knowledge graduate. She also holds an Authorized Travel Professional Certificate as a Universal Parks & Resorts Specialist and she is also a Certified Sandals Specialists. Her credentials do not stop there. Anna has also completed specialized training for Norwegian and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.
Anna is also a master scuba diver and this has taken her too many great destinations. Visiting exotic places like Mexico has sparked a fire and has made her love of travel even greater. She is always wanting to go on that next adventure!
She is committed to give every client the best service possible. She will listen to the client to insure she knows their every want and need. Every vacation is personal to her and she wants to build friendships, not just clients. Her concierge level service does not stop when your vacation is booked. Her services continue all the way up until time of travel and beyond.
Anna is very goal driven, creative, cheerful, and some may say perfectionist, when it comes to planning. She prides herself on responding to her clients quickly. Her clients are her highest priority and she makes each one feel like they are her one and only.
