Review: All Star Resorts

By: Alison ChaceIf you're looking for a low-budget yet full Disney experience, the All-Star Resorts are the place for you to stay! This article specifically focuses on Disney's All-Star Movies Resort. From the moment you walk onto the property, you feel as if you have been immersed in some of your favorite Disney classic movies! There are 6 movies featured at this resort: Toy Story, Herbie, 101 Dalmatians, Mighty Ducks, and Fantasia/ Fantasia 2001.

The main pool features Sorcerer Mickey waving his magical hands to create jet streams for you to leisurely float through as you relax on a warm afternoon or cool off after a full day of fun in the parks. Around the rest of the resort are larger than life and life sized characters that we have all come to know and love, just waiting for you to take a photo with them and making you feel as if you have truly become a part of their film.

The feel of this resort is a bit more like your basic hotel. There are two double beds in each room along with the standard amenities. There is also a quick-service restaurant located here and a gift shop where you can purchase your forgotten necessities or grab that last minute souvenir that you had your eye on all day. And upon arrival and return each night, expect a touch of Disney magic to be waiting for you in your window or on your bed!

I would highly recommend this resort, especially if you are looking to keep your vacation costs a little more budget-friendly or if you are looking to save money to be able to spend on another part of your magical vacation!!!
