Lisa Perna9.5.19Ample Hills Creamery is an ice cream shop located on Disney’s Board Walk. Disney’s Board Walk Inn is one of Disney’s deluxe resorts and is located here, too. Ample Hills Creamery offers hand crafted ice cream flavors. You can build your own sundae, you can try an ice cream sandwich, make a float, or even mix up a milkshake. Just in case you still can’t decide what unique flavor to pick you can go with an Ice Cream Flight. With an Ice Cream Flight, you get to pick up to six different flavors. There is definitely something for everyone at this ice cream parlor.Ample Hills Creamery is a bright, colorful, and fun, environment. Every direction you turn has a piece of art work or a mural painting on the wall. Creative drawings capture your attention everywhere you look. I enjoyed looking around the ice cream parlor and seeing all the detail that was put into this place. Even the bookshelves have a bright green tile that matches the wall behind the counter. This carefree theme continues throughout the whole building.With so many flavors to choose, I had a hard time deciding what I wanted to sample. I tried so many yummy flavors like Strawberries & Cream, Peanut Butter Wins the Cup, and Peppermint Pattie. I eventually decided on ordering the Dark Chocolate ice cream. It had a velvety smooth and creamy texture. I will be coming back to Ample Hills Creamery on my next trip. Next time I am thinking about trying the Flight of Ice Cream!This review is based on a recent trip to Disney World. While dining at this restaurant, I did not receive any discounts.
