You see, Grizzly Hall is home to the Country Bear Jamboree! It’s located between Peco’s Bill’s Tall Tales Inn & Cafe and the Frontierland Shootin’ Gallery in Frontierland. This attraction is in an air-conditioned theater and has nothing scary, making it perfect for all ages. The show begins about an hour after park opening and runs continuously throughout the day with a showtime of approximately 12 minutes. If you head over and a show is in progress just look for the next showtime posted on the sign. One fun fact to keep in mind is that this is one of the last attractions that Walt Disney himself had a hand in developing! That is one of the reasons it’s so iconic!A Disney Cast Member will guide you into the seating area in front of three velvet-curtained stages. Once everyone has been seated, the lights will dim and you will get to meet Max the deer, Buff the bison, and Melvin the moose! This trio of animated animal heads comes to life, cutting up and cracking jokes with one another! They shout down for Henry the emcee to start the show!f-26-19-13513727_i2O7AIZG_CBJ_3Henry will introduce the show and with each act you get to meet more characters! The main act is the Five Bear Rugs. They sing the Bear Band Serenad, which is well known from the official Disney Park CD collection. I just love watching them playing their instruments. Most think that this is a music-based show centered around country music. You see it’s much more than that. The characters interactions are wonderful and the humorous one-liners keep everyone laughing! You will find yourself stomping your feet and clapping along!f-26-15-13513727_gk47xu1A_CBJ_2So, the next time you are hot and tired from waiting in lines and walking the park, take a detour over to Grizzly Hall and sit a spell with Liver Lips McGrowl, Henry, Wendell, The Sun Bonnets, Big Al, and Trixie! The Country Bears! They are Southern Charmers sure to capture your heart! My family also loves the Disney movie “The Country Bears” which was released in 2002! Sometimes you will get lucky and see the bears roaming out in Frontierland! They love to stop and pose for pictures! They might even want to dance!Guests may remain in their wheelchair, or motorized scooter (ECV) while experiencing this attraction. Assistive listening devices are also available if needed. Just let a Cast Member know.If you have any questions about this attraction or anything else please feel free to email or call me at Erin@wishesfamilytravel.com or 601 832-1561. I would love to help you plan your magical vacation!
