Keeping Clean with Disney Cruise Line

imageRebecca JonesSeptember 8, 2016No matter how carefully you pack, no matter how thoughtful you are with your dining, something always happens, and you need to do a little bit of laundry on your vacation.  Am I right?Well, never fear, because Disney Cruise Line has you covered.  There are at least two laundry rooms on each ship, with multiple washers and dryers in each one.  They also have detergent and dryer sheets for sale, and irons and ironing boards for guest use.On the Disney Wonder, for example, there are 3 laundry rooms, on different decks, on both sides of the ship, so you can find one that is convenient to your stateroom.  At least one of them will be handicap-accessible.
The laundry rooms are busiest in the evenings.  Many people seemed to put some clothes in the washer before dinner, then came back and put them in the dryer.  I have found the early mornings and mid-afternoon have more machines available. There is certain laundry room etiquette, as well.  Please keep in mind that several people want to use these machines.  Keep track of your time, and be prompt in returning to move your laundry and free up the machine.  Otherwise, you might come back to find your clothes in a pile on the ironing board, placed there by an impatient fellow traveler.imageSailing with Disney Cruise Line is a fantastic vacation, and they have truly thought of everything you may need, even doing laundry.Contact Rebecca Jones, Senior Supervisory Agent, for all your Disney vacation needs!
