Looking for an ooey, gooey, chocolatey dessert? Then you’ve come to the right place! Originally the S’mores Bake was served at Big Thunder Ranch BBQ at the Disneyland Resort, but now you can enjoy it at home.

We love this dish because… well we just love s’mores. This recipes allows you to enjoy s'mores all year long. So pick your favorite Disney movie and gather the kiddos. Because this dish would be the sweetest ending to a night spent with family.

Ingredients

1 box of brownie batter

Large marshmallows

Hot fudge (warmed up)

Graham crackers

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray
  2. Follow directions for brownie batter and pour into baking dish
  3. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes
  4. Once cooked, place marshmallows on top of brownies (set oven to broil)
  5. Place the baking dish back in the oven (leave door ajar) and watch closely! It gets super hot and will cook quickly. Remove once the brownies have turned a nice golden brown
  6. Drizzle warmed hot fudge over top of the brownies
  7. Place a few broken graham cracker pieces throughout the dish. Take a few and place into a zip-top bag and crush them up. Sprinkle over top
  8. Best serve immediately and warm
  9. Enjoy!

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family does! It’s a great way to bring the magic of Disney into your home. Maybe ask your kids about some of their favorite dishes and see if you can recreate them. Or plan an entire meal based on a beloved Disney movie.

Cooking with kids is a great way to spend time together. But cooking can also help with their fine motor skills, math skills, science, and reading skills! So, gather the family and take a little time to slow down and enjoy making memories.
