Susan is our resident Floridian, living just 30 minutes from Walt Disney World. She is a former Disney Cast Member (Attractions and Vacation Planning) and Walt Disney World College Program Graduate (Spring Advantage 2001). She has many years of Disney knowledge and travel experience having started her semi-annual visits back in 1990.

She and her family; a husband and 6 children; visit the Walt Disney World resort frequently and has had the pleasure of visiting Disneyland to celebrate its 50th & 60th Anniversary. Susan loves sailing aboard Disney Cruise Line, especially her trip on the Disney Dreams maiden voyage. She has sailed on 3 of the 4 Disney Cruise ships both with her children and without, and is a frequent RunDisney participant with her husband. Her absolute favorite Disney experience so far has been 2 - week long visits to Aulani in Hawaii with her family.

It was March of 2013 when Susan began her adventure with Wishes Family Travel. She received specialized Disney training provided by WFT. Her current focus at Wishes Family Travel is in the role of IT Manager. She is responsible for providing technical support for individual agents across the country and the agency as a whole.
