Many people think that Walt Disney World is just for kids or families. Well, I’m here to tell you that the most magical place on Earth can be just as magical without the kids! So here are my favorite tips to make the most of your adult-only trips!

Resort Hop - Are there resorts that you’ve always wanted to check out but have never gotten the opportunity? Well now is your chance! Take your time and enjoy the scenery, restaurants, lounges, and shops at each resort.

Book a romantic dinner - Do you tend to book the same restaurants every time or have picky eaters? Indulge in some amazing food and book that special restaurant. Places like Sanaa, Jiko, Narcoosee’s, California Grill. Walt Disney World is known for their dining and would be a great vacation for the foodie in your life.

Enjoy a slower pace - When we plan our family vacations, we tend to plan them with our kids in mind. But this is your trip! So, enjoy the magic at your pace. Slow down, enjoy the snacks, ride the rides, and be spontaneous.

Still plan your “must-do’s” - Make sure you sit down and decide what you would like to do prior to your trip. Are there rides that you don’t want to miss and maybe there are some that you are okay with skipping. We tend to plan our adult-only trips around foods and drinks. So, make that must-do snack list!

Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival - If I could pick my favorite time to take an adults-only trip it would be during this festival. We typically spend at least 2 or 3 days just taking our time and enjoying all that this festival has to offer. The Food & Wine festival celebrates international food and drink which makes it perfect for adults. My other tip with this is to go during the week, avoid the weekends!

These are just a few of my tips for enjoying an adults-only getaway. Whether it’s with a loved one or a girls’ trip! It is an entirely different type of magical trip without kids, but it is still just as magical.
