Traveling in Style – Club MoBay in Jamaica

By: Rebecca JonesNovember 2, 2017When you are visiting Jamaica, there are two airports – Kingston and Montego Bay. Most guests prefer Montego Bay, due to the ease of getting to several locations throughout the island from there. On my recent vacation to Sandals Royal Caribbean in Montego Bay, my husband and I arranged for Club MoBay service on both our arrival and our departure. It was so nice to have this benefit, for different reasons on each portion of our trip.Upon arrival at Montego Bay, we were instructed to go through a much shorter line to access our luggage and start the customs process. After we claimed our luggage, we were greeted by Rushin, our Club MoBay escort. Instead of standing in the very long line to meet with customs representatives and have our passports checked, Rushin escorted us to a much shorter line, where we were given priority access to customs agents. I estimate this service saved us a minimum of 45 minutes in line.
This time, my husband had a local beer, and I enjoyed a daiquiri/pina colada mixture along with our sandwiches and salads. We were also able to grab bottled water and snacks to take with us on the plane. Departure information was announced throughout the lounge, and when the time came to board our airplane back to reality, we simply walked out of the lounge and our gate was right there. When you stay at an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica, you expect to have high quality service. Why not have that service begin when you land, and add Club MoBay to your reservation? Ask your Wishes Family Travel agent for more information on this great benefit. If you don’t have a Wishes agent, I’d love to tell you more about a resort experience for your family.
