Working for WFT is rewarding!

By: Diana LeeWorking for Wishes Family Travel is one of the most rewarding jobs I have ever had.  It is such a thrill and honor to assist families in planning magical and memorial vacations. But in order to assist families I first had to become an Agent in Training with Wishes Family Travel.  WFT has a wonderful Agent in Training/Mentor program!  Prior to getting hired there is a very thorough and extensive interview and Q & A process.  This was very important to me when choosing an agency to work for.  It was nice to know that WFT not only had high standards and gave their clients the absolute best but they also wanted to give their agents the absolute best training.  This training not only provided comprehensive information on the products we were selling but also taught me how to be a successful agent.  This was crucial in my success as a Wishes Family Travel agent.  By WFT providing such wonderful training and resources I am now able to be a confident concierge agent. And the best part is once you are done with your training you are set up with a mentor.  The mentors provide accountability, encouragement, guidance and a listening ear.  The mentors are so very helpful because they provide me with constant support.  They rejoice with me through my triumphs and pray with me during my difficult days.  You see working for Wishes Family Travel just isn’t a job.  The lovely ladies that work for this agency are my extended family.
