Things You MUST Bring on your Disney Vacation

Packing for a Disney Vacation can become very stressful.  Do I have enough room in my suitcase for souvenirs? Can I fit all of my clothes in my packing cubes? What about laundry – are there laundry services at the resort (spoiler alert: the answer is always YES for WDW resorts!)? To keep my sanity intact, here’s what I always bring with me on my Disney vacations:

Bacterial Wipes

Hand sanitizer and hand wipes help eliminate germs to give you a healthy vacation. These are handy when you are not close to a bathroom to wash your hands, but still need to clean them.

Portable Cell Phone Charger

On vacations, our phone battery seems to decrease unusually fast. This is an easy solution to keep our phone from dying.

Ponchos

No matter what time of the year I am going on vacation, I always make sure to pack ponchos. Rain showers and thunderstorms occur quite frequently in Florida.

Bug Spray AND Itch Relief

During our vacation, we sometimes get pesky bug bites. Make sure to put on bug spray before going into the parks. Benadryl Itch Relief helps if you do get a bug bite.

Sunscreen and Aloe Vera

In Florida, sunburns are quite common. Apply Sunscreen multiple times during the day. Aloe Vera helps calm your skin after being out in the heat.

Stain Remover

At some point, we are bound to spill food on our clothes. Stain Remover works quickly and usually eliminates the stain entirely.

Water Bottles

Due to the heat of Florida, make sure to pack water bottles or refillable bottles. There are water fountains and quick serve restaurants where you can refill your bottle throughout the parks. Hope you have you pink Stanley Cup handy!

Sunglasses

Protect your eyes from UV rays – duh!

Disney Pins

These can be collected and traded with Disney cast members. Look out for limited edition pins!

Disney Autograph Book with Sharpies

Kids and adults alike love getting characters to sign their autograph book. You can purchase these in Disney World.
