Doing it all at Walt Disney World?

Trying to Do It All at Walt Disney WorldBy Missy RyanWith the size of Walt Disney World and all it has to offer, it’s tempting to want to do it all.As vacationers, we want to cram in all that the parks have to offer in a single visit. With this mindset, we will eventually run out of steam, and frustration and fatigue will naturally set in.   11350610_600856063390901_5555554102972917516_n  Throw little ones into the mix and you have a recipe for disaster! As a huge Disney fan, I can confidently say from experience that planning ahead will be the best thing you can do for you and your family. Here are a few tactics I would recommend:Learn and Listen to your Concierge Travel Planner!• know the basics of each park• consider what rides and attractions you want to visit while you are there?• take advantage of making your dining reservations 180 days out• utilize the fastpass system• if you are planning to do quick service restaurants, have a first choice and a backup selection for each day• have a backup plan in general!11330011_599716066838234_7678121974448221016_n   Just keep in mind that even with all the planning in the world, sometimes things don’t go as planned. When we have high expectations and we hit a bump, we are left with disappointment. Knowing you will not be able to do it all will allow time for mistakes. Take breaks throughout the day. Incorporate down time. And remember, vacations are no fun when everyone is stressed and cranky! In a place like Walt Disney World, it is nearly impossible to do it all.   Knowing this and accepting it will allow you leave with happier memories! To learn more about this Agent Blogger, please see her Bio Page
