Anna Trosper4.7.19On my last adventure to Florida, my husband and I ended up in Daytona Beach. We were looking for a place to eat that was right on the beach. As we started to look it did not take long before my husband spotted the sign for Landsharks! We are big Jimmy Buffett fans, so this was the place for us. And yes, it is right on the beach so we couldn’t ask for anything better.As we pulled in there was plenty of parking and we instantly got that beachy feeling. Landsharks is right on the beach. I mean any closer and you would be in the water. As we walked up to the restaurant you could hear Jimmy Buffett music playing. So, if you are a Buffett fan this is the place where you can get your cheeseburger in paradise fix.They have seating inside and outside, but of course we chose outside for the spectacular ocean view. Landsharks has a large wrap-around porch where they have placed tables. The view of the beach is amazing and if that’s not enough, they also have a beach area. You can step off the porch and on to the soft, white sand. They have a fire pit, chairs and hammocks set up in between palm trees. They even have games set up and ready to play.The staff was very friendly and the service was great. I had to have the Landshark burger of course. We also got peel and eat shrimp as an appetizer. These were the best shrimp I ever had, and I don’t enjoy shrimp that much, but these were great! Overall the food was very good, and I highly recommend this place if you’re in the Daytona Beach area. If you have been to Daytona Beach, then you know about driving your car on the beach. So, if you are wanting a place to eat that is fun, beachy and has great food, this is it! There is parking on the beach so you can walk right on up!They also have inside and outside bars. With that said, it is still very kid friendly. There were little ones playing in the sand, running around and having a great time.I will for sure eat here again when I am in Daytona Beach.
