With the new expansion just done at Disney Springs, formerly known as Downtown Disney, there is even more to see and do. From shopping to dining, taking in a movie and so much more, you can spend just the day or you can stay into the evening hours and play. Let's take a look around Disney Springs and see what it has to offer. Don’t forget you're still at the Walt Disney World Resort, so the Cast Members are still spreading the magic!Let’s start with everyone’s favorite food! Disney Springs has over 50 places to eat or just get a snack. Choices include waterfront dining at The Boat House to satisfying a sweet tooth at Ghirardelli Ice Cream Shop. (Don’t worry - calories don’t count at Disney). Disney dining plans are welcome also at participating restaurants and quick service locations. If you are are planning on using your Disney Dining Plan for a sit-down dinner, make sure to make reservations ahead of time. (This is a service I provide to my clients!)

At night Disney Springs lights up and comes even more alive. Take the kids over to the DJ Kids Dance Party at the waterfront stage. They will have a blast. Adults can head over to Paradiso 37 or House of Blues, which offers live music and dancing.So, as you can see, there is a lot to do at Disney Springs – it is not just a Disney shopping mall.
